Mrs. Libby Knue recently graduated from D’Iberville High School and Island School of Performing Arts (ISPA). She has completed her training with a hip hop program, certification as a dance instructor assistant and the certification required to teach the “Manners” program for Southern Charm & Etiquette School. She started dance career at the 3. Throughout her fifteen years of dance training, Libby has trained under many international choreographers and teachers including Joe Tremaine, Mia Michaels, Napoleon and Tabitha D’umo, Laurie Johnson and Brain Friedman. Libby was a member of the Island Dance Company for six years. She was a four year member of the D’Iberville Darlings & their Captain & Co-Captain. During her dance training, she was named a state and national champion. Ms. Libby has been awarded the Pulse Faculty scholarship and many other awards throughout her dance training. She is pursuing a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from USM and is the Vice-President of Sigma Mu. Libby loves teaching your children and couldn’t thank you all enough for letting her share her love of dance with you.
